I realized that I wasn’t dreaming, I realized that I was dead. I also remembered that Chiko was with me. Then I remembered that I was skateboarding until I hit a rock and hit my head on the ground. I pinched myself and tried to wake up, but it didn’t work. First it was a sweet dream, now it’s a nightmare. I gasped in horror as I noticed that it was my grave. As my friends left, I looked at the grave as it said… Then I noticed Chiko putting a bouquet of red roses on this grave. I was shocked at this, but I still think it’s a dream. I started to think until I noticed that my feet, my hands, my ears and my entire body are ghostly transparent. They were putting red roses at a tombstone. I decided to go to my house, but unfortunately, I noticed my friends in the cemetery. I looked around and noticed that it was dark. He was the last thing I ever heard and saw as I closed my eyes and everything went black. I felt dizzy.Ĭhiko came to me and said “Pogo! Please Pogo! You gotta get up, Pogo! Pogo? Are you okay? Pogo? Pogo? Please get up…” Then, I fell off my skateboard and hit my head on the ground. I was gonna stop, but lost control when until I hit that rock. I turned around and scream when I noticed a rock. Anyway, I looked at Chiko’s innocent smile as I blushed happily.Ĭhiko looked at me and gasped in shock as he yelled “Pogo, look out for that rock!” I looked at Chiko behind me, but didn’t realized I wasn’t looking where I was going. Chiko was on his roller skates and I was on my skateboard. One day (before I died), Chiko and I were gonna have a race. I do have a crush on him, but he doesn’t notice because I was too worried to tell him. When I was alive, I was with my best friend, Chikoriki. I looked at the heavens and said “I’ll miss you.” I love you.” Pogo said as he walked away and disappeared. “Yes, but before I fade, just remember… Even in death, I will always be there for you.” he whispered as he hugged me. “Guess my time is almost up.” he whispered. Before I stopped, he was starting to fade. The kiss seemed heavenly as my tears were gone. He kissed me on the lips as I blushed and kissed back. He came to me and whispered… “I love you.” “I didn’t wanna hurt you, I came back to tell you something really important.” he said. “Then why did you come back to haunt me?” I asked. “No! It’s not true! That’s a lie!” I cried. It can’t be! He’s dead! He came back to haunt me! I gasped in horror and grief as I looked at my deceased friend. He looked ghostly pale and he was letting out a bright white glow. I opened my eyes and saw the ghost of a slightly familiar-looking, yet recently deceased rabbit riki. I had to look away with tears in my eyes. I turned around and saw a spectral light. Later that evening, I watered my cacti collection and dusted my collection of wrappers and stamps as I looked at the photos of me and Pogo. I looked into the heavens and whispered…Īs I left the cemetery, I felt a wind follow me as it whispered “Chiko…”. I felt in love with him ever since we first met. I was at the cemetery where his tombstone was as I looked in grief with tears. I wanted to see him again, but I don’t wanna die or commit suicide. We used to be best friends when we were little. He passed away when he was in a coma when he hit his head after he skateboarded across toward rock by mistake. I was too sad to smile, not to mention too scared to move on. I was in grief when I realized he was… dead. He was there for me, but after that tragic incident, he was gone. Summary: Pogoriki is dead, now he’s a ghost.
